Plastics 4th Annual Walk / Run for Life, co-sponsored by the Lakewood
Area Chamber of Commerce. A 4.37 mile walk / run around the beautiful
Maiden Lake. We will once again be holding the
2 kids fun runs. Enjoy a morning of Music, Food, Refreshemnts and more.
Donations for our local emergency services collected through our event
total just under $10,000. We hope to match that amount this year with
your support. Join us on June 17th, 2006 as we walk or run around our
4.37 mile course along the edges of beautiful Maiden Lake in the Heart
of the Nicolet National Forest, Mountain, WI. We are situated about
80 miles northwest of Green Bay or 40 miles east of Antigo and west
of Marinette. Make weekend plans to stay overnight throught the Chamber

Choose you category
Runner - A person who runs any part of the race course.
Walker - A person who walks the entire course.
Challenge the NPI Team
Form a team of 3 to 10 participants and receive a 10% discount. Team
scores will be the average time of those participating. Please note,
if your team is a walking team, all members of the team must walk the
course. Members of a team will not be eligible for the individual or
age categories. Recognition of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams for
both categories will be given. Corporate and local businesses are invited
to sponsor teams. Cone on out! Challenge the NPI Team.
Fun Run for Kids
The Walk / Run is offering two fun runs for school - aged children.
There will be a 1-mile fun run for children age 12 and under, followed
by a 1/3 mile kid's run for ages 6 and under (with parents). Paper Certificates
for participating in the race event will be given out as they cross
the finish line! Our objective is to encourage and promote physical
fitness in our local school districts and communities as well as offer
a family friendly Saturday outing. Please contact Janet Davis, Fun Run

Doty and Mountain Fire Departments, The Nicolet Search Team and the
